Welcome to Navên Kurdî. The following Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Navên Kurdî mobile application and any of its services (the "App").

This App is owned and operated by Arya JEMO ("us", "we", or "our"). Your use of the App is subject to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read both carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All the content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Arya JEMO and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Use of the App

The App is a glossary of Kurdish names. Any user who suggests names that are offensive, racist, or otherwise inappropriate will be banned. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates this rule.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We do not represent or warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be secure, error-free or free from other harmful components. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, products or services included on or through the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arya JEMO be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, resulting from any loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, litigation, or any other pecuniary loss, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App.

5. Termination

To terminate your account, contact us at navenkurdi@aryajemo.com. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post an updated version of this Agreement on the App.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the App.
